Do we need to know exactly what we want before booking?

Not at all. Most of the owners we work with know that AI could save them time, but they do not want to become technical or work it all out first. You do not need a plan or a list of features. You just need a feeling that admin, follow ups, quotes, or answering the same questions over and over is eating into your team’s week. We will work out the rest with you on the call.

How is this different from just using ChatGPT?

Yes, and we treat this as the foundation of everything we set up. Your system runs on your own dedicated hardware, your information stays stored locally with you, and access is locked down so only the right people can reach it. The AI itself only ever reaches the information and tools you have approved, and where it needs to connect to an outside service we set that up carefully and keep it limited. You stay in control of what the system can see, send, or change, and we keep an eye on all of that for you over time.
