What happens on the discovery call?

The discovery call is a simple 30-minute conversation about your business, what your current daily operations look like, and where AI could realistically help save time and money.

We will ask about the tasks your team repeats often, the tools you already use, and where time is being lost. From there, we can tell you whether an AI system makes sense for your business and what the first setup could look like, including a guided mockup of a working system in real time.

If we do not think AI is the right fit yet, we will tell you upfront.

Do we need to know exactly what we want before booking?

No. Most business owners come to us because they know AI could help, but they are not sure where to start.

You do not need a technical plan, a list of features, or a clear idea of what the system should do. We help you work out which parts of your business are worth looking at first.

How is this different from just using ChatGPT?

ChatGPT is a general tool. It is not fully automated or specifically trained around your business data, even when you provide context.
